Error 10102 at Gilgamesh

I cannot log-in my character at Gilgamesh since yesterday,
it always show error 10102,

I create a new character at Siren and I can get into Siren,
but not Gilgamesh. Even I try to create another new character at Gilgamesh its still 10102...

Please check whats wrong...

I found that I can log-in if my PS3 use the 3G network share by my phone,
so the problem is if I use my home network I got 10102 error (after the patch),
my home network IP address is 124.45.177.81 (NTT-ME Corporation)
I live in Adachi-ku, Tokyo.
