Looking for 2 Teammates

Hideho, We are looking for 2 Damage Dealers for a Main Group on the Server Phoenix.
Nationality doesnt matter but we prefer people that have a basic knowledge in English.

First of all NO Teamspeak, because in OUR opinion everyone has to be able to play for themselves.
If someone needs an permanent explanation what to do then he is at the wrong place. (please dont start an discussion about that)

What we are looking for in short:
People we get along with, that play around 5pm-11pm (GMT +2) on workdays and "a lot" on weekends, just have fun to play the game even if we lose, PvP AND Endgame orientated.

So we also want to build up some kind of friendship, people you can rely on and have fun with them.
We wanna enjoy the game in its full length so we wont rush to max level (currently 35 White Mage and 36 Warrior) so it would be recommend for our teammates to have an equally playstyle.

Of course that doesnt mean Endgame isnt important to us. Actually it is alot so we are looking for people that like to farm Endcontent and also love to PvP when it comes out.
We dont care if your an PC or PS3 user or how much experience you have with other MMO's as long as your willing to learn, have fun and hopefully be successfully in the end.
Also you should bring some endurance with you, if you get frustrated because of losing a few times in a row or getting bashed in PvP you probably wont fit to us. Even if we lose we can still enjoy a good fight.

Personally any Class/Job is welcome to join us but i personally would like to have an Bard with us.

We are both without a Guild at the moment and it would be nice to either join one together (or move to someones Guild)
or to make one of our own (none of us have interest in Leadership) but isnt a MUST. Of course we could also join different ones.

We play MMO's for around 7 years together (im 20 he is 26).
Games we have played are
- Dofus (Endgame + PvP) the game we probably played for the longest time
- Aion (Endgame + PvP) Cleric (alts: Templar, Assassin) - Gladiator (alts: Chanter, Ranger)
- Tera (Endgame + PvP/PvP Server) Priest (alts: Warrior[Tank], Lancer, Berserker) - Destroyer
- Star Wars (Endgame + PvP/PvP Server) Jedi Sage (had to quit before Endgame due to fps problems) - Class with 2 Guns (dont know Name xD)
- Rift (Endgame + PvP/PvP Server) Priest Heal/Healtank - Thief Ranger
- The Secret World (PvP) Tank - Range DD

in FF 14
He is lvl 36 Warrior (Tank) and im lvl 35 White Mage (Heal). I also level alot of proffessions.
