I was in the game and got connection cut and now cant log back in saying my password is incorrect? anyone else have this? have they made it mandatory to change our passwords?
i tried three times with the exact pass word i have used from the start and now it is saying i tried too many times
UPDAte: was able to get back in fine, so i guess it was just a server glitch.
No they haven't. If you're 300% certain you typed the correct password, contact SE ASAP to have them freeze and recover your account. Check your computer for virus, and if you used the same ID/password as for some other games, it might/may be why. There's a notice on the front page that some other game company got hacked and RMT try to connect to FFXIV accounts using the ID/password they got from this hack.
sounds like u got hacked..... n they logged u while u were online = instant kick..... contact support ;/
check your keyboard, perhaps you're turning on your caps lock
