I'm currently in the trial time period to welcome back 1.0 players. I recently purchased the PS3 C.E. and was wondering if I'd get an additional 30 days when registering the code to my account. I've read conflicting reports on numerous websites so I was wondering if anyone has v1.0 and has added the PS3 version and got 30 extra days in addition to the initial trial. Thanks.

Yes - you will - as long as you'll register the PS3 copy to the same SE service account.

That brings up a question for me as well. I also have the 1.0 "Welcome back PC activation. Do I still need to purchase a copy of the PC version of the game after my time expires or is it included because I owned the 1.0 PC Version before?
