I would love to hear from Alchemists of all servers, what the current demand for Medicine is on your server for the End Game Dungeon Runners.
Do they use any specific potions that I should start crafting on my Server? I'm the first Alchemist with the ability to craft the 2 Star iLV70 Medicines, and would like to hit the market with what is needed for Coils / HARD Modes.

Lots of HQ mega hp pots. That's about it.
The CD on ethers, elemental resist pots, and stat boosting pots are simply way too long to warrant using over mega pots. Not to mention they also trigger the CD on hp pots too, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
If you're also 50 gathering you could try making x-potions but the 2x cluster cost and pricy materials will be a hard pill to swallow for most people. On the server I'm on (legacy) the prices and selling rates of many items have started to stabilize. Unfortunately x-potions have not come down a great deal and they have to be sold at 2k-2.5k each just to recoup the base material costs. That's for normal quality too. Compared to HQ mega pots which can be sold at 350 each, can be mass produced, are not hard to HQ with craftsmanship/control 320+, and still net a nice profit nothing else even comes close.
I really hope they remove the shared cooldown between unrelated potions. Otherwise alchemy will permanently be stuck making one kind of health pot, horn glue, fish glue, crab oil, fish oil, natron and HQ clear glass lenses.

Also, elixirs don't sell very well and while hi-elixirs are still being sold here that is only because it's a legacy server. Hi-elixirs now require 9 lime sulphur making them more expensive than a set of fully stat capped HQ crafting gear. Plenty of people on this server can also make hi ward potions and mega ward ones but nobody does. And by nobody I mean zero mega ward pots have ever been sold on the AH and maybe 10 hi wards have been sold total.

Thank you! ;) I was reading in another post for users running Coils Turn 4, is they use the Mega-Potions of a certain stat to increase their DPS to burn through the Adds/Trash faster. Have you seen any of that on the Legacy Server? Or just prioritize the HP pots, and Oils/Regents? :)
