Played the Beta. Want to by the game, but I have a question.

Hello,

I played the Beta in stage 4 on PS3. I really want to purchase the game, but I am finding my options limited in where I can get my hands on a North American version of the game (I am living in Japan currently).

However, I noticed in the Beta version, during the login screen, you had a drop-down menu to choose the interface language. So my question is:

Do you still have a choice to change the language for the game?
Not voices or subtitles, I mean the entire interface. If so, I may just purchase a Japanese version. (Also if I purchase a Japanese version, will I need to make a Japanese Square Enix account?)

You pick a Language at the Launcher before you login with your account info and that, and i just checked it does chang the text etc ingame.

You can pick "Japanese/English/francais/deutsch " ( or those i can pick as i'm in EU i guess )

About the Japanese version i got no idea.

Make sure somebody that knows for sure lets you know before you buy. I don't know if the game is region locked depending on what version you buy. You may actually want to contact SE customer support to be 100% sure. It wouldn't be cool if you bought the game and found out you can't play the NA version in JP.
