[ERROR] Unable to complete version check

I have played since Beta and have never received this error message before. I updated the launcher today and was able to log in without any issues. Now when I attempt to log in I receive that error message before the launcher fully loads. After several attempts I am sometimes able to open the launcher only to have ANOTHER error message that says, "An Error Has Occurred" followed by some random numbers.

I've looked up the issue and have tried multiple times to replace the boot file. That didn't work. I even uninstalled the entire game and have reinstalled multiple times and still have the same problem. PLEASE HELP!

I'm not even sure how this would happen out of nowhere!
