I really don't understand how this works, most of the time trying to reply to any threads outside technical support i get a msg saying i reached my daily limit or my character is not high lvl enough..
what is this restriction? how many posts can be made daily? why would a discussion forum have such a restriction? a timer to limit spam would be more then enough >.<
if it is the character level then i can only post freely after lvl 50? o.O?
