GMT Times are often/always posted incorrectly in forum

Details: Often, I have found that the announced timing for maintenance is off by several hours when the GMT zone is mentioned. The PDT values are correct, however GMT is often either a little off, or like today's maintenance, totally wrong.


Steps:
1. View PDT forum post: Maintenance PDT
2. View GMT forum post: Maintenance GMT
3. If you convert both to UTC, the times are different. Maintenance began 15 minutes ago on the Japanese server. Current time 9:15pm GMT = 2:16pm PST
4. Confirm current time GMT here: ^_^
