All customizations reset after patch.

After every patch my graphics settings, HUD customization, key binds, hot bars, gear sets, macros, and chat filters revert to the state they were in prior to the previous patch. Today they had reverted to the state they were in prior to the 9/4(ish) patch. After that patch, they reverted to the state prior to the 8/27(ish) patch. After THAT patch, they reverted to default settings and I had to sit through the unskippable intro cinematic before I got to the main title screen.

I seem to be one of very few people experiencing this issue, as no one in any of my Linkshells or my Free Company has had this happen to them

Needless to say, this is EXTREMELY annoying and time consuming to fix, only to have it happen again the next patch.

If there happens to be a workaround to this issue, I would be thrilled to death if someone would point it out to me.
