I got my potion for having 1.0, I used it and changed to a big tall behemoth of a hyur highlander from a lala.... I was drinking, don't ask....
I am reading that after 30 days of paid time I will get another? I am kind of praying that is true... any conformation would put my mind at ease! If so also when does that happen? First time they charge my card?

1.0 players get one potion as a reward for playing 1.0 (actually, it's compensation for a bug some 1.0 players had with character transfers, but eh).
All players who subscribe will get a potion when they pay for their first 30 days of service, so you'll receive it as soon as you pay, pretty much.
You'll get another one after your first 30 days are officially paid, yes. If you're paying your time via a credit card, this will happen after your free days are completely used up. If you have an EU account you can purchase a pre-paid time card and apply it to get your Phial immediately.
