NPC for Main Story Quest

It was mentioned before maintenance that you would be fixing these bugs.. But I have not seen any announcement that you fixed it.

I'm still having a problem with it and it really does suck. Give me feed back.. I don't really care about the story but I'm pretty sure I'm unable to unlock following dungeons without the use of the main story quests.

Minfilia is the NPC that does not have my quest.

Character: Zepelin Sanzo (Goblin) -- last quest completed: "Back from the Wood"
