Has there been any update on getting rid of all the spammers selling gil? My Blacklist is getting full from blocking all these people. They are making it hard to follow the comments in the comment window and I keep missing parts of conversations. Thanks
I think the sudden start of payment killed a lot of them.
Another great way to stop them is for people to stop buying from them!
sadly....despite the fact that most of us dont buy it, and most of us hate them....people do buy from them. And they wont go away as long as people keep buying. Supply and demand i'm afraid.
If you or someone you know buys from them. They are directly responsible for the spam, just as much as the ignorant jerks spamming.
The game is no fun if you buy your gil. I prefer to earn it. guess I will have to just keep adding to my Blacklist until something is done to fix this issue. Thanks

They should put a chat timer in for 1 min. 1 response per minute
So at least its not the non stop scroll, an consequently make most macro's timeout.
a chat timer would be nice.
say like a player who is promoting their FC hits their macro a few too many times in a row would get a warning telling them not to spam. so they would wait moments before resuming their promoting. However a gill spammer who would continue to spam despite several warnings would get a temporary chat ban.
