Dexterity affecting Parry bugged???

Hi people,

I just wanted to know if parry is bugged or if this is how they intended it to be. In the description and from what I read, dexterity SHOULD affect the rate at which you parry. But from further testing, adding dex from attributes and armour, the parry stat in my character profile remains the same despite how much dex I place in or take off.

My current class is Lancer, i've tried this with the pug and it produces the same thing. No effect to parry whatsoever. Unfortunately i don't have a archer pass lvl 1 to test this out yet since dex is a primary stat for archer.
