Unable to make another toon on Excalibur and friend is unable to make a character there as well. However, at server opening (after maint.) it was available? Some people have work and can't sit online 24/7 hoping to get a spot on a server.

Unable to make another toon on Excalibur and friend is unable to make a character there as well. However, at server opening (after maint.) it was available? Some people have work and can't sit online 24/7 hoping to get a spot on a server.
The character creation locks are based on population, and unfortunately the only time in the last week or so that servers like Excalibur have had low enough populations for the lock not to be active has been in the 2 hours or so right after maintenance. Now its been more than a few hours since the servers came up things are just back to normal.
So this whole fiasco looks set to continue!
