How can I get my pre-order code?

I have ordered the game before it launch. Thet said there is a pre-order code for redeem and cap and a pet. But I didn't find the code any where. Where can I find it?

Did you buy it from a store or was it a digital edition? Former case you should have received a piece of paper with the code when you pre-ordered, later case you should get an email with the code.

I ordered collecter edition. They sent me the game by parcel. But I didn't find any extra paper except game box.

Then you may have to contact the seller about your code. Pre-order code won't be in the game box as the packagers don't know which ones are gonna be bought by pre-order customers.
