Name changing issue - Please help!

I applied for the name change and it appears upon login. However the name I want is not available on my server. But before my application I checked on lodestone whether another character with that name exists or not. It didn't and still doesn't. It is possible to create a character with that name on another server, so it doesn't break any rules.

TLDR:
- I cannot use the name I want (even though no other char with that name exist)
- I cannot use my old name either (I don't want a third name)
- I cannot play :(

Please someone help me!
