Current Known Issues (Sep. 12)

Currently, we have confirmed an issue where servers are down under certain situations, and as a result, there may be cases where players may be disconnected from the server or unable to use the chat feature for a short period of time.

We have identified the cause, and we are going to resolve the issue by implementing an emergency maintenance for each data center while avoiding the peak time.

Until the maintenance, we will be implement recovery process immediately as a temporary countermeasure, so if the corresponding issue occurs, we please ask to try again at a later time.
