Debuffs and Damage

Is there a way to turn off debuffs of other players? I find it hard to see my dots. I know they are green but while still leveling and doing fates, sometimes there are just tons of debuffs on the target which also change their location and so while watching for my own buffs and moving and bla it could be much easier to track my own dots if i wouldnt see those dots of other players.. ?

And is it possible to turn off damage of other players? I would like to see my own damage only. I dont know why i should see the damage of other players anyway.
