Playing for Two Weeks

I've been playing since two days before the Public Launch, and I still don't have my Early Access stuff. Where my friends who literally got it the day before the game launched have theirs, I was hoping with the mail fix that I would of gotten it, but alas I still haven't.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I want my Cait Sith ._.

I am assuming you checked your mail to verify it, so input your early access code. That early access code and your actual game key are two separate entities. That is if you are playing on PC. PS3 is another story.

I am on PC, They gave me 3 Codes, I used all 3. And even started playing before the 27th. So I don't know what else it could be, I don't have any ingame mail or anything.
