[Suggestion] Add guildleve counter/NPC to camps

Please allow players to pick up regional and field leves from camps either by the following methods:-

- Add a guildleve counter to each camp
- Add a guild person at each camp
- Have Aetheryte issue the leves.

Also consider allowing players to choose from all the leves available for that camp, it would be great if we could go to a camp form a party and all pick up the same leves making light parties more viable for leve-linking.

It would cut down on travel time because you would already be at the camp and you would be able to complete all 8 leves at the camp of your choosing.

Obviously a guild counter at area's like Nanawa and Cassiopeia would be a bit odd so maybe a guild issuer NPC would be a better choice for those area's.

while it would definitely add convenience, it think it would be making things a bit too easy. I kinda like the idea of within the saftely of the city walls getting your marching orders, and then journeying off into the unknown on quests.

That's the problem, if you look at any other MMO out there camps are used to provide content in the form of quests hubs.

I feel that FFXIV would benefit from this also, not only for just guildleves but possibly the issuing of sidequests as well.

It's only partly about convenience, its also about getting players out of the city and populating the world of Erozea, not just at the major camps like Broken Water but some of the lesser used ones as well.

It would also facilitate making small parties for leve linking and general socialising amongst players.

It's not a huge annoyance, but it would also be really good if we could exchange leves we have chosen (in the same cycle) with other available leves if we change our minds? For instance by logout time last night I had two Halatali leves left; I'm not especially bothered about them, I just grabbed them to link for SP after the main ones (Dunes, RR, etc). As we didn't all have the same leves to link we played what we could link until it was time to go. Ideally I would have liked to be able to zip back to the counter and change those two Halatali leves for two Miner ones (same leve cycle), as I'll be able to log in a little bit earlier today and could do those before the static logs in and we start the new cycles leves.

As I say, no big deal. I solo the leves I have left for Faction Points, but having that option to change would be nice.
