Subscription issues

So I bought and played 1.0 - Didn't play it enough to get legacy status.
I wanted to get early access and the cool stuff so I re-bought 2.0 collectors edition.
I have now bought both versions of the game. I applied my collectors edition to my initial account.

Previous 1.0 players get a free two weeks of play.
People who buy the new version of the game get 30 days play time inclusive with their purchase.

I however do not get the 30 days. I only get the 2 weeks.
So now as a person who has bought the game twice I get less play time than someone who bought it for the first time... why?

I also had this issue mate, and ive put in 5 tickets now to SE, and they keep getting closed with no resolution... the email i got for each one is this...

If I recall if you had the 1.0 CE edition then you got the 2.0 CE stuff, but I can't fully remember on that bit.

But for your issue buying the game for 2.0 was to get early access only really. Legacy got the whole package without any issues.

But because you applied your 2.0 code to your 1.0 account you negated the 30 days but got Early Access. Thats pretty much it.

I didn't have the CE of 1.0 I bout the 2.0 collectors
Legacy also only got a free 2 weeks of play time which is fine.
My issue is that I have paid for a game that offered me 30 days free game time. I am not getting the free game time. If I had known this I would have applied my CE to a brand new account and gotten 30 days worth of game time not 2 weeks.

a person buying the game for the first time would have gotten early access plus 30 days.

Why do I get less just because I owned it previously??? I have paid more money than someone who has only bought it once.

So what your saying Rynault is that I paid what $60 (or whatever it was back then) for 1.0 then spent $79 for the 2.0 CE to get 4 days early access. and everyone else paid $79 and got 30 days free. I see.. fair.
