11070 ps3 problem another way to solve

Well I came across this way by chance. Im playing in china due to work but always when I try to log into my ps3 I would have a 11070 error. Although alot of people told me to do the cookie in the ps3 system thingy. It doeant work for me. So I looked online and accidentally used a function on my laptop in cmd then ipconfig /flushdns. After using it the 11070 issue disappear. Only thing is I have to do it everytime

Is your PS3 connected to your PC to share the internet connection? Otherwise it's strange that a command on PC would fix a PS3 issue.

Nope I dont really know why. I just off my wireless and connect only thru my laptop and use the command and it work. Why it actually work I dont really know but it does.
