Feature request remove restrictions on Levequest and duty finder

Duty finder should not disallow levequests to be initiate. If I fail to get done in time to enter the duty I should be able to make the choice to either miss the duty and lose my spot or lose the allowance and do the levequest later.

Not being able to do levequests while in a party is lame.

Also remove restrictions on item deletion while crafting log is open. The crafting system notifies me my inventory is full and yet does not allow me to fix it. If I have extras that I don't care to vendor or put on the market board I should be able to trash them and continue on without closing the crafting window.
