Extra membership days by buying another copy?

I bought the PS3 copy of the game and was wondering if it is possible to get another 30 day free trial if I buy the PC version. :confused:

As long as you don't have a 1.0 PC account attached to the account you put the PS3 copy on, yes, you get another 30 days if you activate a PC copy.

Will it add on the the current membership days? or refresh it back to the default 30 day membership?

It adds to it, I did this like 4 days ago, just make sure to go into the Mog Station after the maitenance is over, you will see your account and options like upgrade to Digital Collectors edition etc, their will also be the feature to Add Windows Access or something like that as a button above, after clicking that make sure it still shows your current account info and enter the serial, when done your time will update and you will see PS3 and Windows beside your account.

Yes - as said above - it will add 30 days for each new platform registered to the same SE Service accoutn.

It adds it on top. But... Why? Unless you want to play the PC version you might as well just buy 2 months worth with your $30 rather than own 2 copies and get 30 less days..

Because if you want to play on both platforms you're entitled for additional 30 free days. Noone would be indeed buing game only to receive another 30 days.

Okay well if that's what the OP was talking about I retract my statement. I, however, didn't gather that and still don't based on his OP. :P

I had done this myself so that I would be able to play on my ps3 and also on my laptop when I travel.

Yes it did add on another 30 days to my current time but sadly this does not count towards the veteran rewards.

I think maybe this should be addressed for those of us that have purchased multiple platform versions and tied them to the same account to be able to receive the first tier reward as this is essentially the same as adding on a 30 day subscription (albeit at a higher cost).
