REPOST: Summoner Relic Quest

I understand that it is already highlighted to you, okay I get it. But can you please don't close my thread like that WITHOUT giving me a proper solution? Is it your job or your other consumers' job to give me a solution? Please fix my items to the correct ones as it is YOUR development's fault. I was told to report to this forum to obtain better answer and solution, not to shut me up.

Please show some basic respect and business etiquettes.

I'm having a problem and was directed to post about it in this thread instead of the one I posted in (which was locked and disappeared). The quest journal was asking for a erudite's picatrix of healing with two savage might materia 3 socketed into it.

When I went to turn in the quest, the NPC stated he wanted a erudite's picatrix of healing with two quicktongue 3 materia socketed into it.

Now since the patch, the journal and the NPC are both asking for the same thing, a erudite's picatrix of casting with two savage might materia 3 socketed into them.

While the quest seems to be fixed to where the NPC wants the same thing as the journal asks for, this still leaves me with a problem.

I bought my item when the quest was broken (unknown to me at the time) and have a erudite's picatrix of healing with two savage might materia 3 socketed into it. It wasn't cheap, and I certainly don't have the money to buy another one. Is there anyway a GM or someone could come into game and swap it for the correct item being what was wrong wasn't my fault but due to a messed up quest? It was very expensive, and I'd like to continue on with my quest.

Before anyone tells me to petition it in game, I already did, and the response from the in game help was to come and post about it here in this forum.

I initiated my Summoner relic quest over a week ago. I completed all parts of the quest until titan. I fought and killed titan today as a summoner. When i returned to the quest giver the only option i had was to start the Relic Reborn quest again... It seems ALL my progress in the Relic quest was reset (not by me) my guess is as a result of maintenance. It is as if I had never even started the Relic Reborn quest. I have invested over a week of my life and most of my gil into getting to this point in the quest. I would be devastated if I had to lost all that hard work on this quest for reasons outside my control... I ask that you please help me with this as I should be at the point where titan is defeated in that chain of quests. I also have proof in the form of a Summoner's titan weapon ( I received it after the win)

I hope this is not an empty message.

Will the team be correcting the relic items of the affected summoners? I really hope you do as it is totally unfair to all of us.

Hello again! I can totally understand all your frustrations on this. I know the delays can be brutal, but rest assured, I want nothing more that for this to be sorted for everyone. I'm a player in the game as well, and have a stake in this being resolved myself! We're doing everything we can, and I appreciate that you've all been patient. Please bear with us. I also spent a majority of my gil on buying everything within the first week of release just to realize the quest instructions for the summoner relic weapon was incorrect :( lost about 200k gil now that everything's price has dropped.

Hello there, I heard that the issue has been resolved. Are the team going to do something to "compensate" the affected summoners? Could you please make the incorrect grimoire into the correct one, or enable us to carry on with our quest?
