Cross-class exp bonus?

Hi, I'm currently leveling fishing.

I have heard some rumors that cross-class exp doesn't count for crafting classes? If I hit 50 on my fisher, will I be able to get the 50% bonus on my conjurer? Crafters? Botany or mining? I am finding it really difficult to level botany and mining so far.

I'm pretty sure it's only for the battle classes (war and magic). You don't need to be 50 - you get a flat 50% xp boost on monster kills and fate rewards anytime you play a battle class lower than your highest battle class.

can always test it

Kill something record mob level area and xp

Raise crafting above your Highest battle class

Go kill the same mob in the same area and check your xp

I've not seen the Armory Bonus apply to crafting or gathering experience.
