I am a seasoned veteran tank and am looking for veteran players with a casual attitude (coming mostly from being hardcore before).

Hey :D. I am the leader of a new FC <Anima> that i just started up for endgame content and more tanks are always awesome as it allows multiple 4 man dungeons to be ran at the same time within the guild.
Our current 8 man consists of 1 war tank, 1 pally tank, 2 WHM, and then a mix of dps. We try to run at least 2-3 dungeons/8 man groups per day with full guild groups and we make use of mumble as our Voip program very frequently, as we are almost always in there talking :D We strive to be able to complete the content that FFXIV ARR offers currently and what will be available in a casual environment, so it isnt so much pressure if someone makes a mistake. You can tell we are super serious by my hardcore mog cap in my picture obviously ;). I was a raid leader for a few years in a fairly serious WoW raid guild so i have a good amount of experience when it comes to raid leading. Saw you afking before maintenance started in Mor Dhona. If you want to join my casual~hardcore FC let me know. I'm about the only active lvl50 pally in our group so far so I think you would find it easy to get a group here.
There's no mandatory login or voice chat requirement, although me and some members do lurk on vent/raidcall. Everything seems going well without the need for voice chat. So far we've on the progress of beating Titan to finish our relics, but otherwise, there's no rush for anything. We just want to experience everything the endgame has to offer.
