flying combat text question/suggestion

Searched all over about this but couldn't find an answer. I've found under UI settings where you can turn off the flying text completely but all I want is to turn off everybody elses except mine. Sometimes I wanna see my effects/dps/healing numbers but I never care to see everybody elses. When you have a bunch of people swarmed on one mob with all those numbers/effects 90% of it is unreadable anyway so I don't see why it's even there in the first place. Fates are another story completely, you can't even see the mobs/fight in the larger ones because you have 50-100 people attacking the same thing.
