Where is the digital download?

I have an account and I'm trying to download the game on another computer, however I can't find a download button anywhere? Not on mog station, or the store, I have registered the game as well.

Can someone give me a link I can you use to download the client?? Or do I have to copy it and send it over with a HDD??

You would have received an e-mail with this link in it:

You can also find instructions by searching for 'download' in the support page on the Mog Station.

It is probably be quicker to copy the FFXIV game client from your current PC to the other PC (any location should be fine). And to carry over your macro/keybind/char data, look under My Documents\My Games for FFXIV folder, copy that over to the exact location and you should be fine.
