Speed Run
It would be nice if groups had a reason to clear dungeons. Giving the non-boss treasure chests better loot or Allagan Tombstones? Changing the experience chain into Allagan Tombstones chains? Giving groups medals (like F.A.T.E.'s) for completing objectives (clearing the dungeon) with Allagan Tombstones as rewards?
THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS. I think it would be fun. Anyone else?

Nope would much rather speed run. Once you've cleared trash mobs once or twice they become utterly pointless.

I would love to see a ratio where we are rewarded a multiplier for the Tombstone award based on number or percentage of trash killed vs time completed. Something where a speedy clear was rewarded and yet a badly attempted rush was punished.

Good god people. It's Allagan Tomestones. Tombstones are things that mark graves. Tomestones are a whimsical thing that sounds like a book made out of rock purely for the FFXIV universe.
On topic though, I too would love to see some reward for clearing trash.
It would be cool if they did have some sort of Ranking, like in FATES where you got a little bonus based on the number of mobs killed / the time you took. So there was still incentive to go fast and not dawdle, but it rewarded you for actually clearing the mobs.
Then speed runs would be a little more creative, i.e. working out ways to chain pull etc, rather than sac pulling.
They really could do a lot of things: let trash mobs drop rare mats (like the ones that take tomestones to buy), let the trash mobs drop gil. Put more coffers in the dungeons, etc. I like the idea of having the run "evaluated" though.

It's not speed runners' fault. The game doesnt offer anything but AK to fill up mytho tomestones atm.
Tomestone reward from Primals is a joke.

I wouldn't mind clearing the trash if the content were to change. Having only one revenue to collect tomestones efficiently (I realize thy come from other sources) is the main problem. A daily quest sending us back to a dungeon, hard modes for old dungeons, increase the amount we get from primals. Some variety would be great, Until then speedruns it is.
