Still plans for title to display in nameplate?

In very early screenshots of ARR, it showed the character's titles being displayed as part of their nameplate. Is this something that is still in the cards? Or has it been dropped due to memory restrictions/optimizations/considerations?

For example, instead of:

"Aislin Delhir"

it would show something like

"Lightning
Aislin Delhir"

or

"Aislin Delhir
the Sword of Eorzea"

I may have missed it, but I haven't seen any word confirming or denying the cancellation of this concept. I'd assume since we haven't heard anything we're not going to see it, but it seemed cool and I'd be interested in finding out either way.
