Boss Battle Theme

Does this theme have a name? Starts at 0:22.

Music plays during some boss fights like certain NM Fates and mission bosses.

It's just called "Boss 1".
There are 4 different Boss themes.
Boss 1
Boss 2

etc...
There are a couple of others such as "Keiko Boss" (I think) which is the theme when you're fighting the tribunes.

Given the fact the city and zone themes have proper names (as shown in the 'Sounds of Eorzea' CD that came with the Collector's Edition), track names found through data mining are best taken with a grain of salt.

So yes, at the moment, due to the fact that a complete official soundtrack album for ARR is not yet available publicly, it's actual title is not known I'm afraid.
