Downloading new patches then transfering it to the intended computer.

I am currently playing this game via my cell phone's 4g connection with only a 6gb data allowance a month. Now before everyone starts with the whole "Why dont you get some real internet bro? Its 2013" know that I have tried every provider in my area and my only options are dial up, satellite or cell phone. I can play the game fine in all aspects, it only uses between 15 -30 mb / hr. My big problem comes from patches. Is there anyway for me to download patches at work and transfer them via a usb drive to my home computer and install it that way? Thank you in advance ;)
