I need help to send a message from Ragnarok server

Today I met a Balmung player via Duty Finder. We went through The Stone Vigil dungeon.
Though we ran out of time and failed in the end it was a fun run.

This guy felt a bit down because it was his first run and he (but we all) made some mistakes. I didn't get the chance (we fought last boss till the last second) to say him it was a fun run and we did a good job after all.

you can also avoid this hassle by using lodestone search function and giving him a pm

Unless I'm mistaken there is no way to send messages to people using the Lodestone
