Potential Duty Finder Glitch?

hi I've come to notice sometimes the Duty Find will repeatedly report 'member withdrawn' for hours on end, never entering me into an instance.

this happened last night for about 4 straight hours, and it's happening right now. these are the only 2 occasions, I wonder if it's my very very very bad luck or is anyone else experiencing this?

I think the Duty finder is kicking people to the back of the queue when this happens. I was queued for AK for 2hrs last night. The queue actually popped 3 times, but someone did not accept which resulted in another 30-40min wait....Something is not working right. Hopefully today's maintenance will fix some things.
