Paladin looking for competitive raiding guild

Hello!

I'm looking for finnish or english guild, what is ready for raiding, so no contacts from guild that haven't even killed HM Ifrit please.
I'm now playing with paladin but also dps is working in progress for alternative choice.

I have experience from WoW since classic, stopped playing after a few months in start of MoP it just began to feel old, now i'm playing FFXIV:ARR and hoping to find good guild and community within that i like to play with.
