[NA] Issue Wherein Players Are Unable to Interact With NPCs and Objects (Sep. 11)

Currently, we have confirmed an issue wherein players are sometimes unable to interact with quest-related NPCs and/or objects.

The issue is currently under investigation, and we ask for your patience.

Additionally, if you find that logging out and logging in again does not alleviate the problem, there is a possibility you are being affected by this issue. Should the problem persist, we ask that you report it through the in-game Support Desk Menu. As a temporary measure, we will be conducting an area server restart to try to improve the situation.
