Restricted Worlds???

The server that I want to play in is Behemoth sadly its not accepting any new players. Will the restriction be lifted any time soon? The reason I ask is I dont want to get too far with a character on a different server if I will be able to make one on Behemoth soon.

Maybe after maintenance tomorrow.
