Fist of wind's buff while active says it not only increases movement speed but also weaponskill recast time. Assuming this is correct, would it be a DPS increase to swap out 5% damage buff from Fist of Fire until you are at 3 stacks of greased lightning them switching to Fists of Fire? The thinking being that since our biggest hindrance is ramp up time and Perfect Balance is on 3 min CD its more important to get your stacks then swap to dmg buff... Thoughts?

First of all, the buff TOOLTIPS (and only the tooltips) are bugged (I assume they're from 1.0), and currently do not show what the buff really does; the skill tooltip is correct.
Second, I doubt it'd be worth it even if it worked as stated, from a design point of view. Fists of fire is a MNK only issue, while the other ones are PUG as well, that would make MNK less useful in front of PUG if this was true.
