AoE Placement & Controller - Improvement idea

I personally play with a controller
I just got Flaming Arrow with my Bard
Trying to place this circle is incredibly hard and takes me a good 20 seconds, I incredibly dislike how I have to position my camera to where I want it, so I'm basically making myself stare at the ground

Current: Dot in top/middle of screen, dot in the middle of the circle, so you must move camera to place circle
Improvement: Make Right joy stick not move camera while ability is being placed. Make right joystick place the circle where ever we please.

This would make it much easier and more effective to us controller gamers.

I run on a keyboard, so I don't feel that pain, but that sounds horrible.
