Digital Purchase?

I haven't actually seen any topic on it, just lots of discussions inside conversations. The servers have been "fixed" for about a week now, most are stable but many still don't allow new character creation. I am wondering when people will be able to purchase the game again. I got screwed with the account service problem like many others but decided to purchase a second PS3 game right then as I knew the support wouldn't help for weeks. I have been wanting to play on the PC since release as well but waited and still have been unable to purchase the game.

It would be amazing to get some type of post about when this might be addressed as it sucks having issues in game, but it makes those seem nice if you can't even purchase the game.
