Iam unable to create a character on EU servers.
I noticed and readed the information regarding restrictions on the servers, but is not nice blocking all area servers to new players. Iam from EU and i need to create a character in NA, because all EU servers are blocked! How about my latency!?
Unblock at least 1 EU server...
