Gold sellers

What is being done to curb this annoyance, It destroys the new player experance, And just annoys everyone else. So until them I plan on making a list of every Gold seller I run across. Every time I go into a major city I'm hit with a WALL of text. I'm can't speak for everyone but for me this it totally ruining my MMO experience. If I wanted to play a game by myself and not chat with others I have a lot more options I play an MMO because I like interacting with other people. and before someone tells me how to black list I know how to do so in fact I have over 30 spammers on there so far.

If you try clicking on one of the links there dead I removed a good part of the url but preserved the bulk of it for evedance

This needs to be addressed, I have been given multiple suggestions such as:
1. You can't talk till level 10. (Don't like it myself, but there is always mumble and such)
2. Subscribe before you pay. (Not sure what it is right now, I myself and running on a free 30 day trial)
3. IP ban. (There is always a proxy, but in the long run it becomes to much of a hassle for the gold spammer.)
4. Sue the gold sites, they may get a little out of it, but in fact the Gold Spammers are harassing the players, which hurts SE's business. (Counter intuitive to a gold spammer, they might end up losing money.)
