The <Click Filter Targets> option

Hi guys! I'm playing on PS3 and I really don't understand what this option does. Someone said that in crowded situations it should target the nearest thing specified but it doesn't seem to work this way. I've done so many tries but I'm still clueless. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For it to work you need to det it up. L1+O for Enemies. Then to use it, press that button combo and then press to X to target just enemies.

If you look above your HP bar it will say "Enemies" whenever you activate it. Just remember to activate the filter you want to turn on and then start targeting.

Thanks for the reply SirG, but I don't think we are talking about the same option. The one I refer to is not in the same tab where you can customize the four L1+button combinations :(

Does these settings affect PC? How to use these settings in PC? Or is it just for GamePad?

I too would like some clarification (PC). Whenever I press TAB is generally targets the enemies further away from me rather than closer and will then proceed to cycle through the far away enemies and work it's way closer. In a large group setting with chaos all around clicking the enemy is generally not an easy task.

Have you tried to use F11 instead for selecting the nearest enemy / mob you're facing? The best to use in FATEs IMO.

If Okipuit is talking about the same option I refer to and it's bugged, it would make sense that it doesn't work right now. I guess we should wait the next fix and see...

Need to rekey that. Long way from the WASD keys when you're spamming spells with your mouse.
