A Relic Reborn (Veil of Wiyu) Quest

So I put in a ticket in-game regarding this issue and was redirected to posting it here. I am currently having an issue with this quest: A Relic Reborn (Veil of Wiyu). I have read the quest information multiple times to make sure that I did what the quest says, and it will not let me progress my quest. I believe the text is wrong on this. Unfortunately I spent a good chunk of gil to have the item in the quest made and to have the materia put into it. The quest says to deliver a erudite's picatrix of healing with two savage might materia III in it. I did this and brought it to him. He then informed me that I need to have two quicktongue materia III put into it before I can bring it to him. Unfortunately those materia are too expensive for me to be able to afford. But what is even worse is that I looked it up online afterwards and people claim that this quest is glitched and that I need the erudite's picatrix of casting with two savage might materia III, so it is a good thing I didn't buy the other materia.

I thought the quest was weird, since the book that it had me bringing him was the healing book for scholars, but I figured that I would just do what the quest said, as I haven't found many errors with quests up to this point.

Unfortunately I spent a good portion of my gil trying to craft what the quest requires of me, only to find out that the quest is not correct. If there is anything that can be done to either let me progress the quest, trade it for the other picatrix, or to remove the materia from it without losing it so I can try to sell it and rebuy the other one, I would be very greatful.
