User Macros: allow /macroicon "ability name" to display cooldown and information

Hi,
Can you allow User Macros command /macroicon "ability name" to display cooldown and mouse over information of the ability listed in /macroicon?
Currently it is just a static graphic without cooldown or any 'live' information on mouse over whatsoever. It doesn't take into account whether ability can be even used at all (target out of range, no MP/TP, combo not active etc).

What I'd like to have is a cooldown timer on ability and when the ability is ready to be used, I would click that macro and a chain of actions would get executed.
For example:

/macroicon "Bane"
/ac Bio II <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Miasma" <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Bio" <t>
/wait 0.5
/ac "Bane" <t>

I could hit this macro whenever I see Bane being available for use.
