One-time password token

Anyone else having trouble creating a one time password token?
I tried a million times but it keeps saying my ID, Date of birth and token don't match. I know the ID and Password are 100% correct, but i can't check my date of birth ANYWHERE in the account system..

Square has a really messed up account system, there are like 4 different websites for FF14 alone where it lets you use bonus codes and pre-order codes and activation codes ( all different websites / pages for users to enter them in )

I have the one-time password physical key and all i had to do was login into the mogstation and on the lower left hand is an option for one-time password. Once you click it you have to register the physical key or app token.

You don't know your own date of birth?

lol yes i do but i might have used a fake DOB when registering a squeenix account a long time ago. i don't like companies knowing all my detailed info, they already know way too much..
