lvl 31-40 mature trees.

I have trying to find lvl 31-40 mature tree nodes in Thanalan but, I have yet to locate them.
I have checked on the forums and I have used arbor call w/ no success.

Does anyone know a location for these?

Costa Del Sol has lvl35 Trees + Mining nodes if I remember. You could also just check your gathering log an see where it sends you next at your lvl.

The level of the tree is not the issue. I know where all of the other locations are but, in order to get the achievement you have to log 2k in thanalan.

If I can not find the 31-40 trees then I can not complete the achievement.

If they don't show up in the gathering log, they don't show up in the world.

What level are you? Are you 36+?

I just hit 36 on both Botany an Mining, off to do some gathering now so when I find out the location will let you know.

I am 39.

The log only indicates a specific harvest at a specific location. Those materials can typically be harvested in other locations as well. You just need to harvest the one specific to get the log exp.

They have an achievement for log 2k 31-40 mature trees. I would assume that if they have the achievement that the locations exist.... unless of course its bugged.

If you go into Southern Thanalan and use your detection ability which finds the highest level node available you should be able to find the trees you're looking for. If it doesn't detect anything, it could possibly be a bug.

You can gather Lush Vegetation Patches. In Southern Thanalan there are lvl 35 LVP's. They count towards the achievement even though it states "Mature Trees", it confused me as well until I checked my count for the achievement.

Anybody else think the XP giving per hit is extremely low? Even with food buffs? I get 366 per hit..
