Grand Company Goldsmith Supply Mission missing

It seems the GC Goldsmith supply mission is missing. I am able to see the rest of the Disciple of Hand supply missions but not Goldsmith. I have the job unlocked also. I know in game friends are able to see them just fine.

Can this be addressed?

1. Unable to see the Grand Master supply mission for Goldsmith.
2. Can't see it in either the Duty -> Missions log or the Grand Master NPC turn in.
